Fall has arrived in Glendive!

The children in Room 2 Kindergarten have been talking about autumn. We have read several books about what is happening to plants and animals. It is amazing how many of the children are grasping the concept of the trees knowing that winter is coming by the decrease in light and the colder temperatures. They also understand that the leaves are not needed now to produce food for the trees, so they loose the green color and fall off. Here are some pictures of the children on the walk we took to look for the signs of fall. Ask your child what kinds of things he/she saw on that walk that showed fall has arrived here!
