November has arrived at Room 2 and we have finsihed our unit on the 5 Senses. We had such fun seeing, touching and smelling our pumpkin, that I was not at all surprised that the children enjoyed tasting the pumpkin, too! We had muffins made from the pumpkin, and the children could taste that they were sweet. (They also tasted some soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and taco sauce to explore some other taste sensations!)
